2. Products and Services

We provide custom metal signage, CNC cut items, fabrication projects, and other custom metal products. Many products are fully custom or semi custom and are manufactured to order based on customer specifications.

Production timelines vary depending on project scope, material availability, and order volume. All production timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Orders and Production

Full payment is required at the time of purchase for website orders unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For large or contract fabrication projects, payment terms will be governed by the written quote or contract provided and approved by the customer. Deposits required under contract terms are non refundable.

Orders may be canceled only before production begins. Once production has started, orders may not be canceled, modified, or refunded.

All products will be manufactured exactly as approved. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all specifications, measurements, spelling, artwork, and personalization details prior to approval. Gulf Coast Metals, LLC is not responsible for errors submitted or approved by the customer.

4. Custom Artwork and Intellectual Property

If customers upload logos, artwork, or designs, they represent and warrant that they own the rights to use those materials or have proper authorization. Customers agree to indemnify and hold Gulf Coast Metals, LLC harmless from any claims related to copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement.

All original designs created by Gulf Coast Metals, LLC remain the intellectual property of the company. We reserve the right to photograph completed projects and use images of our work for marketing, advertising, and portfolio purposes.

5. Shipping and Risk of Loss

We ship nationwide.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer when the product is handed to the shipping carrier. Gulf Coast Metals, LLC is not responsible for shipping delays once the item is in the possession of the carrier.

Customers are responsible for filing shipping damage claims with the carrier.

If a product arrives damaged, the customer must notify us within three days of delivery and provide supporting documentation and photographs.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because most items are custom made, all custom products are non refundable.

Non custom items may be returned within thirty days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.

If a return is approved due to a legitimate defect in workmanship, Gulf Coast Metals, LLC will cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Installation and Use Disclaimer

Customers are solely responsible for proper installation of all products. Gulf Coast Metals, LLC is not responsible for improper mounting, structural failure, inadequate mounting surfaces, or damage caused by improper installation.

Metal products may naturally oxidize, patina, rust, or change in appearance over time, especially when exposed to outdoor elements. These changes are normal characteristics of metal and are not considered defects.

All products are sold without warranty unless expressly stated in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gulf Coast Metals, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our products or website.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, reject orders, or cancel transactions at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, abusive behavior, or inappropriate content requests.

10. Force Majeure

Gulf Coast Metals, LLC shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, material shortages, labor interruptions, acts of God, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Mississippi. The parties waive the right to a jury trial.

12. Privacy

We collect customer information, including email addresses and payment information, to process orders and for marketing communications.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store full payment card information on our servers.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website.
